Canon honoured with 2026 awards for print solutions

Wed, 4th Feb 2026

Canon has received multiple 2026 awards from Keypoint Intelligence for its imageFORCE multifunction printer range and its uniFLOW Online cloud print management product.

Keypoint Intelligence named Canon as the winner of the BLI 2026 A3 Line of the Year Award for imageFORCE. The assessor also issued a BLI 2026 Pick Award to uniFLOW Online. Keypoint Intelligence described uniFLOW Online as an Outstanding Cloud Output Management Solution. It marked the eighth consecutive year that uniFLOW Online has received that recognition.

Keypoint Intelligence said Canon has won the A3 Line of the Year Award for the thirteenth time. Canon said it is the highest total among manufacturers in the multifunction printer sector.

A3 Recognition

Keypoint Intelligence issues the A3 Line of the Year Award to one company. It bases its decision on hands-on testing across the A3 multifunction printer category.

Canon said the imageFORCE range received positive assessments for several elements of its design. Canon highlighted high-definition OLED exposure technology. Canon also pointed to what it described as a unified user interface. Canon cited security features built on a zero-trust approach.

Canon said Keypoint Intelligence also issued additional Pick Awards to specific models across Canon's A3 and A4 ranges. The imageFORCE C1333 Series and the Canon i-SENSYS X C1538iF II received 2026 A4 Pick Awards. Keypoint Intelligence also recognised the imageFORCE 6170, C5140 and C5150 A3 devices with 2026 A3 Pick Awards.

Cloud Printing

Keypoint Intelligence also recognised Canon's uniFLOW Online with a 2026 Pick Award. Canon described uniFLOW Online as a cloud-based print and scan management product.

Canon said Keypoint Intelligence cited several functions in its assessment. Canon listed secure pull printing and multi-factor authentication. Canon also referenced cost tracking, mobile printing and centralised cloud administration.

Canon said uniFLOW Online includes end-to-end encryption and audit redaction. Canon also highlighted a Remote Device Access feature. Canon said this function allows IT teams to track and manage print and scan activities remotely.

Canon said uniFLOW Online works with the imageFORCE range and other Canon print devices. The company positioned the product as part of its wider workplace printing and document management portfolio.

Canon's UK and Ireland business includes marketing and sales operations for the region. The unit employs around 1,400 people, according to the company.

"Businesses today face numerous challenges, whilst striving to transform and innovate. They need to achieve sustainable growth, drive secure productivity and equip employees with IT solutions which are accessible, deliver a strong user experience and help them perform their role. uniFLOW Online and imageFORCE empower our customers to achieve these goals, and we're proud that both technology solutions have been honoured with prestigious Keypoint Intelligence BLI 2026 Awards. This recognition highlights our market leadership, our ongoing commitment to enhancing the performance of innovative technologies, and the added value that our comprehensive portfolio of products and services delivers to customers and partners," said Khalid Aziz, Marketing Director, Digital Printing & Solutions, Canon UK & Ireland.

Keypoint Intelligence has operated for more than 60 years and runs testing and research programmes for the digital imaging and office equipment market. It issues its BLI awards based on testing results and portfolio-level assessments across categories.

Canon said it expects the latest awards to strengthen the market position of imageFORCE and uniFLOW Online across its workplace print and document management offerings.
