N-able retains top spot in Canalys Leadership Matrix 2024

N-able has achieved Champion Status in the 2024 Canalys RMM and PSA Leadership Matrix for the second consecutive year.

The recognition celebrates N-able for its excellence in both channel and technological capabilities, as compared to its industry peers. Canalys analysts and channel partners rated N-able's RMM solutions, granting it the highest leadership score among the Champions.

Known for its N-central RMM and N-sight RMM solutions, N-able continues to expand its IT management and security portfolio. The company is committed to helping its partners through dedicated programmes, including support from its team of Head Nerds.

The Canalys RMM and PSA Leadership Matrix identifies vendors active in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) channel. Criteria for inclusion necessitate a minimum of USD $10 million in annual revenue from RMM and/or PSA, an established MSP-focused sales model, and at least 50% of revenue generated through the channel. Vendors are assessed via analyst evaluations, ecosystem feedback, and performance metrics.

Canalys defines RMM as software for remote monitoring and management of endpoints, while PSA refers to software that assists in managing various IT-related services including projects and billing.
