Pentest People unveils new partner tier system for global growth
Pentest People has introduced a new Partner Tier System aimed at increasing support and growth opportunities for its channel partners in the UK, Europe, and the US.
The new model features a four-tier structure – Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum – with each level tailored to partners' performance and annual revenue contribution. Over 100 partners are currently working with the company, reflecting the channel's key role in its business approach globally.
The company's Partner Tier System incorporates a simple tiered structure with annual revenue thresholds that define each partner's position and allows for clear progression pathways. Partners who demonstrate exceptional performance can be upgraded in the middle of the year, rather than waiting for the annual review.
Each tier comes with varying levels of support, from basic help for new partners to premium benefits for those at the top tier. Platinum partners, for example, are eligible for co-branded assets, complimentary penetration testing, Cyber Essentials Plus certification, and priority marketing listings.
Additional resources on offer include a secure partner portal. This online platform features sales and marketing tools such as deal registration, a co-branded proposal generator, and access to marketing development funds. The portal will soon include a Deal Registration tool, providing partners with the ability to register leads, request quotes, and create personalised proposals. Partners receive real-time email notifications and have access to a central dashboard to manage and track pipeline opportunities.
Training and enablement are also part of the programme. Partners can benefit from a new sales training pathway that concludes with certification and LinkedIn-ready credentials. Dedicated customer success support is provided for partner-driven clients.
Stability in pricing forms part of the new offering, with a channel pricing model locked until April 2026. This gives existing partners greater predictability as they progress within the new structure.
Channel focus
Pentest People's launch of the tiered model is intended to deepen its relationships with both new and established partners. Kane Pierce, Head of Channel Sales, commented on the development and its rationale.
Our partners are central to the way we grow, and we wanted to create something that truly reflects how our partners work with us. As we continue to scale, it's vital we support our partners in ways that are meaningful, impactful, and easy to engage with. That's why we're so excited to launch this new tier system, it's been created with our partners in mind, offering more clarity, more support, and more value no matter where they are in their journey with us. This isn't just a badge system. We've built a framework that grows with our partners, the more we do together, the more we invest back in their success. From marketing support to platform access, sales incentives to strategic planning, we're backing our partners every step of the way.
The company is encouraging all current and prospective partners to review their status and examine the range of benefits available through the partner portal. All partners receive a secure login, providing access to updated tools, resources and their partner tier status.
