Rosendin strengthens Arizona leadership with key promotions
Rosendin has promoted Chad Constance and Jason Karseboom to Operations Managers in its Southwest regional office, expanding its senior leadership presence in Arizona. The moves come as demand grows for complex electrical projects across the state's semiconductor and data centre sectors.
Arizona focus
Both Constance and Karseboom were previously Division Managers in Tempe, Arizona. Each has worked on major building projects in the region, including semiconductor facilities and large-scale data centre sites, for global technology companies. Their promotions are intended to strengthen Rosendin's capacity to support the expanding pipeline of high-tech industrial developments in the state.
Internal promotions
Constance is a graduate of Arizona State University and brings two decades of construction leadership experience. He has worked on significant projects such as the Mesa Data Centre. Constance credits his advancement to Rosendin's professional development programmes and mentoring culture.
"Rosendin's leadership development programs have been instrumental in my professional growth," said Chad Constance, Operations Manager, Rosendin. "The company creates an environment where we can learn from experienced mentors, like Brandon Stephens, while taking on increasingly complex challenges that stretch our capabilities and prepare us for leadership roles."
Karseboom, also an Arizona State University graduate and lifelong resident of the state, has 13 years' experience in the sector. He has led teams of more than 300 professionals on projects for leading names in semiconductor and data centre technology.
"Working at Rosendin has given me the opportunity to grow alongside some of the industry's best talent in an environment that truly values entrepreneurship," said Jason Karseboom, Operations Manager, Rosendin. "I'm fortunate to be part of a company that supports individual development, and I'm committed to providing the same guidance to emerging leaders who want to build rewarding careers with a company that holds true to its values."
Leadership impact
The firm's Vice President, Brandon Stephens, pointed to both individuals' track records in delivering large projects while nurturing new talent.
"I've known Chad and Jason for years and they represent the best of Rosendin's leadership culture that ensure projects are completed on time while developing the talents of their team members. Their promotions reflect Rosendin's commitment to recognizing excellence and creating pathways for career advancement, which is crucial to growth in the technology infrastructure sector," said Brandon Stephens, Vice President, Rosendin.
Workplace culture
Both Constance and Karseboom cited the company's focus on employee ownership and professional growth as central factors in their career paths. Rosendin's approach to staff development and mentorship is frequently credited by employees as a key differentiator, particularly in rapidly growing markets such as Arizona's tech infrastructure segment.
