AHOY has formed a strategic partnership with Will Be Live to expand its presence in North America.
Will Be Live will work with AHOY's leadership team on enterprise engagement, strategic partnerships, channel development, and the creation of a reseller network for AHOY's Physical AI and sovereign infrastructure products.
Based in Montreal, AHOY says its technology is already used in transportation, aviation, utilities, government, logistics, and enterprise settings across dozens of countries. It describes its platform as software and infrastructure that can perceive, reason, decide, and act in physical environments.
The arrangement makes Will Be Live a channel development partner as AHOY pursues wider adoption in North America. Its work will include recruiting regional partners and supporting resellers, implementation partners, systems integrators, and enterprise customers.
North America push
The partnership forms part of a broader growth plan that combines direct engagement with enterprise customers and a network of regional partners. This model is intended to extend AHOY's reach across public and private sector organisations.
Founded in 2018 by Jamil Shinawi, AHOY operates from hubs in Montreal and Dubai and says it has more than 40 operating arms across more than 30 countries. It also says its partner-led model reaches more than 100 geographies.
Its main products include AHOY Machine Studio, a modular software stack covering perception, reasoning, decisioning, and orchestration, and Perception Suite, which is offered for sovereign deployment. The software can run on-chip, at the edge, on-premises, and in hybrid cloud environments.
Will Be Live was founded by entrepreneur and revenue strategist Nima Mirpourian. The firm focuses on growth, commercialisation, and ecosystem development, working with technology companies on partnerships, channel development, revenue operations, demand generation, and go-to-market execution.
Jamil Shinawi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AHOY, outlined the commercial focus behind the agreement.
"Building great technology is only part of the equation. The next challenge is ensuring the right organizations understand how to deploy it and realize its value. Nima and the Will Be Live team have built a strong reputation and our trust for building ecosystems, and helping to create meaningful market momentum. We're excited to have them as part of our network of partners," said Shinawi.
Partner ecosystem
Physical AI is an increasingly common term for systems designed to operate in real-world environments rather than solely on digital data. AHOY positions itself as an infrastructure provider in that segment, with an emphasis on deployments in sectors that manage physical assets and operations.
Under the deal, the companies will target transport, aviation, logistics, utilities, smart infrastructure, government, and enterprise operations. In these sectors, procurement often depends on channel partners, systems integrators, and local delivery support.
Mirpourian said the focus will be on market access and partnerships.
"Physical AI represents one of the largest technology opportunities of the next decade. AHOY has built an extraordinary technology platform with real deployments, real outcomes, and a clear vision for where the industry is heading. Our role is to help expand market access, increase strategic relationships, and support the development of the partner ecosystem necessary to bring these capabilities to organizations at scale, globally," said Mirpourian.
Mohannad El-Barachi, Chief Strategy Officer at AHOY, said partner networks are central to the company's expansion model.
"One of our core beliefs is that ecosystems scale faster than companies. Will Be Live brings the relationships, commercial expertise, and execution capability needed to help us expand our world-class partner network throughout North America. This partnership is about creating long-term leverage for customers, partners, and the broader AHOY ecosystem," said El-Barachi.
