Archive360 ranked in Inc. 5000 after 175% revenue growth
Archive360 has been ranked No. 2,419 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies after recording 175% revenue growth over the past three years.
Inc. released its latest Inc. 5000 list, which annually recognises the fastest-growing private businesses in the United States across a range of industries. Archive360's position in the top half of the list reflects its performance during a period marked by significant economic fluctuations.
The Inc. 5000 list ranks companies based on percentage revenue growth over a three-year period, with entrants needing to be privately held, U.S.-based, and independent as of the end of 2024. Companies were required to have achieved at least USD $100,000 in revenue in 2021 and a minimum of USD $2 million in 2024. This year's honorees navigated economic challenges, including inflation and a volatile labour market, while maintaining strong growth trends.
Archive360 provides a data platform designed for secure, scalable management of enterprise and public sector data. The company's system allows organisations to ingest data from various enterprise applications and communications platforms into a data-agnostic archive. This platform supports compliance requirements and data governance, delivers a dedicated cloud-native SaaS environment for each customer, and enables a shift from application-centric to data-centric archiving practices.
The company's placement at No. 2,419 is the result of a 175% increase in revenue over three years, a figure that positions it alongside other notable private businesses with substantial growth. The new list underlines not only financial gains but also job creation: among the top 500 companies, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 1,552%, with over 48,000 jobs added in the same period.
"Appearing on the Inc. 5000 list is a great validation of how the market has responded to our platform's ability to provide comprehensive data governance," said Archive360 CEO Jerry Caviston. "Our modern archiving platform empowers organisations to govern how they ingest, store, access, and derive value from all their data – a critical priority in the era of AI. We look forward to even more rapid growth as we redefine the role of the modern archive."
The methodology behind the Inc. 5000 rankings focuses on percentage revenue growth from 2021 to 2024. Companies considered for the list must be for-profit, unaffiliated with parent companies or subsidiaries, and must have been operational and generating revenue from at least March 2021. The growth rates are verified through submitted financial documentation, and Inc. reserves the right to decline applications for subjective reasons.
Other private companies to have featured on previous Inc. 5000 lists include Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Under Armour, Timberland, Oracle, and Patagonia. The presence of these firms in past rankings is often cited as an indicator of the long-term business potential of companies recognised by Inc.
"Making the Inc. 5000 is always a remarkable achievement, but earning a spot this year speaks volumes about a company's tenacity and clarity of vision," said Mike Hofman, Editor-in-Chief of Inc. "These businesses have thrived amid rising costs, shifting global dynamics, and constant change. They didn't just weather the storm - they grew through it, and their stories are a powerful reminder that the entrepreneurial spirit is the engine of the U.S. economy."
Archive360's cloud-native architecture aims to enhance enterprise capacity for data governance, compliance, security, and classification. The company's services are utilised by both enterprise organisations and government agencies, supporting the analysis and protection of large volumes of archived data.
Archive360's recognition on the Inc. 5000 comes as data governance and storage solutions remain a core focus for organisations addressing increasing regulatory and analytical demands.
