Celonis leads Forrester’s 2025 process intelligence report
Celonis has been named a Leader in The Forrester Wave: Process Intelligence Software, Q3 2025 report.
The Forrester Wave evaluated 15 vendors in the process intelligence software sector, assessing them across 25 different criteria grouped by current offering, strategy, and customer feedback. Celonis secured the highest possible scores in several key areas, including innovation, vision, and roadmap.
Forrester's report stated, "Celonis is best suited to clients looking for a sophisticated platform that supports enterprise-wide process intelligence and control to transform operations." The evaluation also highlighted Celonis for its adoption of graph databases, an additional object-centric view of process performance, and its extended marketplace of partner-built solutions.
The Forrester report recognised the company's position in the market and detailed how it integrates artificial intelligence capabilities throughout its platform. According to the report, generative AI features are incorporated in components such as data annotation tools and a Process Copilot, aiming to enhance the process improvement lifecycle.
Feedback from customers cited the flexibility and sophistication of the Celonis platform. The suite's orchestration features and its use of AI were noted by customers for supporting business process management and optimisation.

Forrester also recognised Celonis for maintaining what it described as a "trailblazing role" in the market.
