NeXasure & Atsign sign bilateral cybersecurity deal

NeXasure and Atsign have signed bilateral marketing and reseller agreements that allow each company to sell the other's cybersecurity products and services.

The partnership combines NeXasure's AI-based threat detection and advisory work with Atsign's privacy-focused networking technology as both companies seek broader reach in enterprise and government markets.

Broader reach

Under the agreement, NeXasure can market and resell all Atsign products and services on a standalone basis or alongside its advisory practice. Atsign, in turn, is authorised to market and resell NeXasure Defend, NeXasure's extended detection and response platform, as well as NeXasure Advisory Services.

Executives at both companies said the tie-up brings together multiple layers of cyber defence, from network architecture and access controls to threat monitoring and response.

NeXasure Defend uses synthetic and agentic AI technology from SKADI Cyber Defence's Frostbow platform to detect, analyse and respond to threats in real time, according to the companies. Atsign said its platform is built around cryptographic identity and secure communications and is designed to avoid exposing data through open inbound ports, static IP addresses and other network configurations that can create attack paths.

The arrangement reflects a broader push in the cybersecurity market to combine infrastructure design with monitoring tools rather than treat them as separate purchases. Vendors increasingly argue that reducing exposed services and limiting how systems communicate can ease the burden on detection tools further up the stack.

Combined offering

For NeXasure, the agreement expands its portfolio beyond threat detection and advisory services into networking technology positioned around data control and zero-trust design. For Atsign, it provides another route to customers seeking managed guidance as well as software tools, particularly larger organisations and public sector buyers that often procure security in bundled programmes.

Atsign has framed its technology around a privacy-by-design model in which data moves only with explicit permission. Its platform underpins NoPorts and applications built with its AI Architect tooling.

Security stack

NeXasure's advisory arm will work with clients to assess, implement and tune the combined offering. The target market ranges from smaller businesses to large enterprises and government organisations.

Atsign is known as the creator of the open-source @protocol, which it says enables encrypted communication between devices and applications without requiring open inbound ports. Its technology has been used in sectors including enterprise IoT, edge computing, healthcare and secure communications.

NeXasure describes itself as an AI-native cybersecurity company focused on threat detection, response and security advisory work. The new reseller arrangement gives it a channel to offer customers a broader package that starts with network design and extends into monitoring and response.

The agreements take effect immediately.
