OutSystems Elevate revamps global partner rewards model
OutSystems has launched Elevate, a redesigned global partner programme that uses an "Earned Level" model and a point-based framework to rank and reward partners.
The programme introduces a value-based structure that links partner status to measures including technical expertise, customer outcomes, and market contribution. OutSystems says the changes address the growing complexity of AI-driven software development and the expanding role of autonomous agents in application design.
Earned Levels
Elevate replaces what OutSystems describes as a more uniform partner structure. It assigns points across four pillars: Financial Contribution, Knowledge, Customer Satisfaction (C-Sat), and Program Track. Partners receive an overall level based on their cumulative points, referred to as an "Earned Level".
The framework gives additional weighting to credentials related to agentic AI, reflecting changes in what partners deliver and what customers expect from AI-based application development.
"Our partners deserve a program that rewards all the ways they engage with OutSystems to drive value & ROI for our joint customers," said Ben Yerushalmi, SVP of Partner and Alliances at OutSystems.
"Our partners are the architects of the agentic future, and they need a program that moves at the speed of their innovation. Elevate rewards our partners for technical excellence, while helping them accelerate their global scale," Yerushalmi said.
Outcome Focus
OutSystems says it has shifted rewards towards delivery quality and customer success, rather than relying on a narrow set of volume-based measures. In practice, customer satisfaction now sits alongside knowledge and financial contribution as a formal input to partner standing.
It is also moving to a single global framework for partner benefits, with discounts standardised based on deal size and deal source. OutSystems says this will create consistency across regions and partner types.
Elevate takes effect immediately for new and existing OutSystems partners. Partners can access an Earned Level dashboard through the OutSystems Partner Portal.
Partner Reactions
The announcement includes support from services firms that work with the OutSystems platform.
"AI has fundamentally shaped what enterprises expect from digital transformation and how fast they expect it. OutSystems Elevate program gives Xebia the global scalability and partner alignment to deliver on that promise, wherever our clients are in the world," said Preetpal Singh, Global Head of Product, Engineering, and Partners at Xebia.
Coolprofs, which has partnered with OutSystems for more than 15 years, also endorsed the new structure and its emphasis on investing in skills and customer delivery.
"The OutSystems Partner Program is crucial to our business. The new program is great in the way that it allows committed partners to thrive. The more we invest in our OutSystems knowledge, the community and our customers, the better we perform in the program. The partner is in control," said Camilla Ramberg, CEO of Coolprofs.
Channel Context
The partner programme launch follows Yerushalmi's recognition as a 2026 CRN Channel Chief, according to OutSystems. The company linked the recognition to its approach to partner engagement and ecosystem development.
OutSystems says its wider ecosystem includes more than 600 partners and thousands of active customers across more than 75 countries. It says its software is used by organisations building applications and AI agents, modernising legacy processes with agentic systems, and managing AI portfolios in regulated environments.
Elevate establishes a more formal structure for measuring partner progress in those areas, with partner-level tied to a mix of commercial contribution, training, credentials, and customer feedback.
