Quest Technology Management has won the Telarus Top Engagement 2025 Award, presented at the 2026 Telarus Partner Summit.

The award recognises Quest's work with technology advisers during 2025, particularly on larger customer projects involving cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure and managed services. Telarus said Quest stood out for its technical knowledge, support for advisers and role in helping them address more complex customer demands.

Quest works with advisers from early solution design through implementation and ongoing management. This allows advisers to pursue customer contracts that might otherwise require deeper in-house technical resources, while relying on Quest for training, design support and service delivery.

Its approach is vendor-neutral, giving advisers flexibility to recommend products and services based on customer requirements rather than a single supplier relationship. Quest also provides educational support to help advisers manage more technical customer discussions.

Tim Burke, Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Quest Technology Management, said the award reflected the company's relationship with the Telarus adviser network.

"This recognition reflects the trust that Telarus and its technology advisors place in our team," Burke said. "Our role is to give advisors the technical depth, practical guidance and delivery resources they need to confidently take on complex opportunities. We are proud of what we accomplished together in 2025 and look forward to helping even more advisors grow their businesses and deliver exceptional outcomes for their customers."

Channel Support

The recognition points to growing demand in the channel for specialist partners that support advisers beyond basic resale relationships. As customer projects become broader and more technical, distributors and partner ecosystems have increasingly relied on firms that can assist with design, deployment and ongoing service management.

For advisers, this creates a path into larger engagements in areas such as cyber defence, cloud migration and infrastructure modernisation without the cost of building every technical function internally. For suppliers and distributors, it strengthens ties with advisers seeking external expertise to help close and deliver more complex contracts.

Telarus described Quest's contribution as a combination of service, expertise and impact within its adviser community. It said Quest helped advisers win more business and deliver stronger results for customers during 2025.

Richard Murray, Chief Commercial Officer of Telarus, linked the award to Quest's position across the broader channel.

"Telarus is proud to honor Quest Technology Management as the recipient of the Telarus Top Engagement 2025, recognizing their leadership in innovation, education, and collaborative support across the channel," Murray said. "Their work in 2025 empowered our technology advisors to win more business and deliver greater value to customers. We congratulate Quest Technology Management and all the award winners for their outstanding impact."

Broader Role

Quest's profile in the Telarus ecosystem reflects a wider trend in enterprise technology procurement, as customers ask advisers to bring together multiple specialisms across security, cloud and infrastructure in a single engagement. That has increased the value of specialist partners that can supplement adviser expertise across both consulting and managed services.

Quest said it has focused on giving advisers access to professional and technical resources across a range of disciplines, enabling them to support customers from the earliest stages of an opportunity through long-term management. In practice, this positions Quest not only as a technology supplier but also as an operational partner to advisers navigating more demanding customer requirements.

Telarus said the award was based on Quest's contributions throughout 2025, including collaborative support and technical expertise that helped its adviser community solve complex customer challenges.
