Wed, 21st Oct 2026 (Today)
SIOS Technology has appointed Charlie Mantione as Head of Sales, Americas, and promoted Natalia Casey to lead global marketing, expanding its leadership team.
Both will report to Chief Operating Officer Masahiro Arai. The appointments come as SIOS responds to rising demand for application resilience and business continuity tools across cloud, hybrid and on-premises systems.
Mantione will oversee sales strategy, customer engagement, channel development and revenue initiatives, while leading the company's global sales organisation in his new role.
He brings more than 25 years of experience in technology, communications, managed services and service provider markets. He has held senior sales, go-to-market and services roles at NCR, Cushman & Wakefield, Avaya, Dimension Data and AT&T.
"SIOS has built a strong reputation for helping organizations ensure application availability and business continuity in increasingly complex IT environments," said Charlie Mantione, Head of Sales, Americas, at SIOS Technology.
"I look forward to working with the team to expand our market reach, strengthen customer relationships, and help more organizations achieve resilient, always-on operations."
Casey, previously Director of Marketing, will now oversee global marketing strategy, corporate communications, digital marketing, partner marketing and demand generation. She has already played a central role in the company's branding, partner marketing and awareness efforts.
Wider remit
Her promotion puts her in charge of SIOS's global marketing organisation at a time when businesses are paying closer attention to uptime and continuity for critical applications.
"I'm honored to take on this expanded leadership role and help guide SIOS's global marketing strategy," said Natalia Casey, head of global marketing at SIOS Technology.
"Having been part of the company's growth journey, I'm excited to build on our strong foundation, further elevate the SIOS brand, and support our customers and partners around the world as organizations increasingly prioritize resilience and uptime for their most critical applications."
SIOS sells software for high availability and disaster recovery across physical, virtual, cloud and hybrid environments. Its products are designed to reduce downtime, protect business-critical data and manage complex IT infrastructure.
The leadership changes highlight the areas the company sees as central to its next phase of expansion. Sales coverage in the Americas and a broader global marketing effort are both receiving direct executive attention as demand for resilience products grows.
Arai said the appointments are part of the company's wider growth plans and customer engagement efforts.
"As SIOS continues to expand its presence in the high availability and disaster recovery market, strong leadership is essential to supporting our customers, partners, and growth objectives," said Masahiro Arai, Chief Operating Officer of SIOS Technology.
"Charlie brings extensive experience building and scaling technology sales organizations, while Natalia has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of our business, customers, and market. Together, they will play a key role in advancing our global growth strategy, strengthening our engagement with customers and partners, and delivering the innovative solutions organizations need to keep their critical applications running."
